Dogged Pursuit
Character and interface design for a visual novel.
My game follows the story of a young detective trying to solve a murder and is pulled in all sorts of confusing directions by the antagonist. I love crime novels and have always wanted to try my hand at the visual novel genre, so in my project I worked on the character design and the game's interface to convey this dark but modern atmosphere. I've never developed a game myself before, which was the biggest challenge, but the moment all the scenes ran smoothly, the hard work was worth it.
