For me, design is courage. The courage to do something for the first time. The courage to be unconventional. The courage to speak out loud. Without this courage, our world would stand still. Wouldn't that be boring?

The mindfullnes cozy game.
I observed how people often neglect their needs—whether it's taking a break from work or setting aside time for themselves. Instead, we get lost in appointments or spend hours scrolling through social media. Time to relax? I can’t see it.
This phenomenon inspired my bachelor thesis: How can digital media contribute to stress management?
To explore this question, I designed a concept for a cozy game that encourages users to be more mindful. In the game, users help the villagers of an enchanted mushroom village with their daily routines while completing real-life tasks. Activities such as meditations, active breaks, or mindful strolls help users improve their stress management. Only by staying consistent can they solve the riddles of the mysterious village.
