For me, design means understanding my own social environment, recognising problems and working on solutions. At the moment, I'm working less as a designer and more as a journalist. The similarities here is bigger than one might think. Because designing, as well, means informing.

A newspaper about the critical use of media.
Over the last few years, the vast overconsumption of media kept bothering me as much as an inescapable news fatigue. With that in mind, at the beginning of my Bachelor's thesis, the only sensible question seemed to be: What solutions are there for these problems, and what can I do to do myself and others a favour? The solution: a newspaper about the ideas of the ‘Slow Media Manifesto’ as a perspective on current debates about media policy. A guide to media consumption - and an inclusive alternative. A real, large newspaper that you take the time for. Because we're all not so good at that.
