As a designer, I see my role as translating complex ideas into a clear visual language that inspires meaningful engagement. I am particularly fascinated by the strategic, emotional, and occasionally experimental facets of this process.
An Orientation System for the Botanical Garden Münster
Intuitiv, inklusiv und identitätsfördernd.
Our goal was to design a wayfinding system that makes the Botanical Garden Münster accessible in all its diversity, supporting visitors on their journey of discovery. The garden is a place of tranquility, inspiration, and knowledge—a living organism sustained equally by plants and people. We sought to reflect this dynamic in our concept.
We aim to make everyone feel welcome and to encourage playful and intuitive exploration of the garden's botanical and scientific dimensions. The unique qualities of the garden—its blend of science, relaxation, and biodiversity conservation—served as our inspiration.
As a team, we were united by the vision of creating wayfinding as more than just a functional tool. It’s about offering visitors the freedom to explore the Botanical Garden on their own terms, making orientation part of the experience itself.
