Talking Strings

Animated shortfim about communication.

For my project, I worked together in a group with Svenja Stenner on an animated short film. We met early on in our studies at the Münster-School of Design. Quickly we noticed that we worked well together. We have similar goals and expectations in regard to our animated stories. But we are also different enough in our approaches to complement each other while working together. Our stories often work better with a few extra minutes of animation. Therefore, we have decided to work together on our Bachelors project as well. In our short film, communication has a direct impact on the physical world. A non-realistic setting lends itself well to animation because it is not limited to a realistic depiction of the world.
