For me, design means giving my best to inspire people in new ways, bringing them exciting worlds and concepts to make their everyday lives a little better.

Watchers of Water

Of Gods, Spirits and Protectors of our Waters.

My project explores the fascinating world of myths and legends surrounding the sea and water – a theme that connects cultures worldwide. From the Greek gods of the sea to African water spirits, I delve into how these stories shaped people’s beliefs and their relationship with nature. I’m inspired by the diversity of these myths, which reflect timeless values, fears, and hopes.
For me, this project is a journey through time and cultures, showing how universal yet unique humanity’s connection to water as a source of life and untamed force truly is. I’ve learned to manage a large-scale project from concept to design while staying focused on the goal. The biggest challenge was balancing artistic freedom with historical authenticity. This project blends illustration, type design, historical storytelling, and my curiosity – a true passion project.
